To provide participants with an increase of knowledge about the automobile through the study of its evolution and its history, in addition to the understanding of its fundamental importance in the evolution of humanity.

Program Content

1900s
The car of the early twentieth century still inherits a strong influence from the period of the carriages; Sample of body configurations used in the period;
The Art Noveau movement dictates the aesthetic rules, including in automobiles;
The moment is for experimentation in the automotive world, when independent inventors present some of the most exotic vehicles in history;
The process of artisan and semi-craft production and the custom of ordering special bodies for independent builders;
Cars powered by steam and electricity divide the streets with those driven by internal combustion engines; It is not yet known which of the technologies will dominate;
Mercedes Simplex is born, which establishes itself as an important reference to be copied by its competitors;
Henry Ford introduces his Model T;

1910s
The "Brass Era" continued until about 1914;
